– Optimizing and implementing our procurement strategy for spare parts, tools and other aviation components

– Selecting, evaluating and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure quality Pricing and timely delivery

– Negotiating contracts and framework conditions with suppliers, considering costs, payment terms, delivery times and other contractual conditions

– Continuous improvement of procurement processes and implementation of efficient methods to reduce costs and improve quality

– Monitoring and optimizing stock levels of spare parts and components to ensure timely availability while minimizing storage costs.

– Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and customs regulations
